The Aurora Board would like to welcome several new representatives from member states.

- Colorado Department of Transportation: Nick Barlow (incoming); Jamie Yount (outgoing)
- Ohio Department of Transportation: Heather Krannitz (incoming): Scott Lucas (outgoing)
- Washington Department of Transportation: Doug Gow (incoming); Trett Sutter (outgoing)
