Tom Maze seminars continue Friday

The Tom Maze Transportation Seminars will continue Friday with a presentation from Michael Hyland, assistant professor at the University of California-Irvine.

Hyland’s presentation is entitled “Operation, Design, and Transport System Impacts of Shared-Use Automated Vehicle Mobility Services.” He will present from 11 a.m. to noon on Friday, March 15.

Hyland will broadcast from his California office, but students can view his presentation at the Institute for Transportation (InTrans) in the Video Conference Room 4040.

Those unable to attend the meeting on-site can still listen in remotely by going to this link and signing in as a guest user.

The Tom Maze Transportation Seminar series is named for the founder of the Midwest Transportation Center (MTC) and has been held weekly during the spring semester since 2002. It features nationally and internationally recognized speakers discussing various aspects of transportation.
