About Judy

Ms. Judy Thomas works directly with InTrans Director Shauna Hallmark to address the needs of the Institute for Transportation, including coordinating the review and submittal of proposals and budgets for project grants with the Office of Sponsored Programs. Additionally, she also assists with event planning and coordination as needed.
